How long will it take my order to arrive?

Orders are posted every weekday from Kaitaia. If you order early during the day, your order may be sent out that day. Otherwise, your order will be posted the next day. It should take 3-7 working days for your order to arrive. If it takes any longer please contact us or the post service and we will try to help you out.

How we accept payments.

We use shopify payments, paypal and afterpay to accept order payments.

Wholesale Orders.

Thank you for your interest in our products however we are not offering them at wholesale prices just yet.

Returns Policy.

In accordance with New Zealand consumer law, we will do our best to make to make sure all products you receive from us are in great condition. However if you are unsatisfied with the products or they are damaged during transit please contact us using the form on our website here or email us at contact@themanukablossom.com as soon as you can. We will replace or refund you depending on the situation. We do not currently accept returns for change of mind orders.
